Founded in 2014 by Attorney Shaunette Stokes, this firm was born from personal purpose. Raised in East Tampa and shaped by generations of working-class grit, entrepreneurship wasn't a trend — it was survival.
Shaunette watched her mother build independence through her home daycare business. She watched her older brother JJ — taken too soon at just 18 — navigate life with vision and hustle but no safety net. His loss became the spark for something bigger.
Her journey into law was never just about justice. It was about breaking cycles. With academic foundations in Political Science and Public Administration and a Juris Doctorate earned through determination, she built a firm designed for founders like her — legacy-minded, underrepresented, and ready to build something lasting.
